A new edition of the Alcoi Modernista Fair has arrived, and this year’s edition will be dedicated to the Valencian architect Timoteu Briet (1859-1925), who did most of his work in Alcoi and left behind a significant part of his Modernista production there. The week will be filled with various activities, culminating in the Modernista stalls at Glorieta Park on the weekend of the 27th and 28th, where the Barcelona City Council’s Barcelona Modernisme Route will be present with a stand.

The Barcelona Modernisme Route is an itinerary through the Barcelona of Gaudí, Domènech i Montaner and Puig i Cadafalch, who, together with other architects, made Barcelona the great capital of Catalan Art Nouveau.
