Brother of Joaquim Cabot, like him he devoted himself to crafting precious metals and made the models from which jewels were produced. He made an interesting contribution as a specialist collector of old glass articles.
He was a member of the Museums Board and played an active role in reclaiming the Catalan artistic heritage.
