Extremely versatile, he worked in several fields related to books with the aim of elevating the artistic jobs involved in publishing to the category of art.
He did engravings and leatherwork for the covers of books such as Llibre d'Homenatge del Futbol Català (Book of Tribute to Catalan Football) with which he was very successful. Basing himself on a drawing by the architect J. Puig i Cadafalch, he made the covers for a book in honour of the politician Francesc Cambó.
He published several technical articles in the magazine Artes Gráficas.
