By Joan Rubió i Bellvé, dating from 1908, with interesting exposed brickwork and rubble walls. In the interior, which is not open to visitors, there are paintings by Joaquim Torres García, an Uruguayan painter who lived in Barcelona at the time. Continue along Carrer dels Dominics, Carrer de Vendrell, Carrer del Císter and Passeig de Sant Gervasi to Plaça de John Kennedy, at the bottom of Avinguda del Tibidabo, another neighbourhood of Barcelona where many Modernista works are to be found.
