He trained at La Llotja, the Barcelona School of Fine Arts, and was a pupil of A. de Riquer. He showed work at the National Exhibition of Industrial Arts in Barcelona in 1892 and at the Fine Arts Exhibition two years later.
Work of his as a bookplate designer is known, but it seems he also designed furniture for one or more industrial furniture makers and some models for tiles, although these products remained anonymous.
