
The first thing that is known about this ceramicist is that he took part in the Exhibition of Decorative Arts in Barcelona in 1892 with some glazed ceramic pieces. He had his own workshop in Barcelona and collaborated with J. Pascó in making the glazed ceramic reliefs for the entrance hall of Casa Casas-Carbó (1894; Passeig de Gràcia, 96), a building designed by the architect A. Rovira, and also participated in the work of the Palau de la Música Catalana (1905-1908; Palau de la Música, 4-6), by the architect L. Domènech i Montaner.
