Barcelona (1842) - (1916)

He trained as a stage designer in the workshop of Josep Planella and eventually became head of the team there. He later went into partnership with the stage designer Fèlix Urgellés, with whom he worked all over Catalonia as well as for theatres in the rest of Spain.
In 1889 he went into partnership with S. Alarma, with whom he set up Alarma i Moragas, a company that did both stage design and the decoration of establishments.
