Ventura brothers

Monumental masons

These brothers set up a company, Ventura Hermanos, with two workshops of its own in Barcelona in 1889. Most of their production consisted of sculptural items for funerary monuments, but they also worked on the stone cladding of buildings such as Palau Güell (1885-1889; Nou de la Rambla, 3-5), by the architect A. Gaudí.
