This coming weekend, 10 and 11 May 2025, Terrassa will celebrate a new edition of its Modernista Fair, this year dedicated to the architect Lluís Muncunill, designer of such iconic buildings in the municipality as Vapor Aymerich, Amat i Jover, Masia Freixa or Palau d’Indústries. Terrassa City Council has designed tours to explain this heritage as well as various cultural and leisure activities for all ages.
Barcelona City Council will also be present for both days through its Institute of Urban Landscape at a Barcelona Modernisme Route stand in the Raval de Montserrat area, in the heart of the Terrassa, from 11 am to 2.30 pm and from 5 pm to 8.30 pm, where all our publications will be available at a discounted price.

The Barcelona Modernisme Route is an itinerary through the Barcelona of Gaudí, Domènech i Montaner and Puig i Cadafalch, who, together with other architects, made Barcelona the great capital of Catalan Art Nouveau. With this route you can discover impressive palaces, amazing houses, the temple that is symbol of the city and an immense hospital, as well as more popular and everyday works such as pharmacies, shops, shops, lanterns or banks. Modernisme works that show that Art Nouveau took root in Barcelona and even today is still a living art, a lived art.
